Showroom Sales Staff

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Staff member to join our showroom team in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. You will greet customers, understand their mobility needs and guide them to the right electric two-wheeler solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the showroom and conduct product demonstrations.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options and prepare quotations.
• Follow up leads, maintain accurate customer records and support sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
• Maintain showroom standards and participate in promotional activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication in local languages.
• Sales aptitude with negotiation and target-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of automobiles or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, including weekends or extended hours.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and digital tools for CRM, invoicing and reporting.
