Showroom Manager

About the role

Reliance Jewels is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead its retail outlets in Sangli and Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high‑end jewellery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor retail KPIs to achieve annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
• Oversee gross sales (GSS) numbers, value targets, and store profitability.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations including sales, staffing, training, inventory control, visual merchandising, and cost management.
• Enhance customer experience, resolve complaints promptly, and improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement SOPs for visual merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to meet business objectives.
• Handle conflicts constructively and foster a culture of trust, integrity, and respect.
• Drive omni‑channel sales integration and monitor mystery‑audit scores.

Required profile

• 5–12 years of experience exclusively in the jewellery industry.
• Proven ability to lead retail teams and achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer‑orientation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience in training, performance management, and building a positive store culture.
• Ability to adapt processes for omni‑channel sales and manage customer complaint turnaround times.
