Shift Engineer – Quality Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a Shift Engineer specialized in Quality Assurance to join our production team. The role involves monitoring product quality throughout the shift, ensuring that all materials and finished goods meet the required standards before they leave the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming material inspections, pre‑dispatch checks and online inspections during the shift.
• Conduct tests and audits to verify that products comply with quality specifications.
• Follow up on all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with the concert department to maintain compliance.
• Report any non‑conforming items to senior staff promptly.
• Guarantee error‑free dispatch of approved products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in testing, inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to communicate findings clearly.
