Session Anchor / Host Intern

About the role

KaushalHub, an EdTech initiative, is looking for a Session Anchor/Host Intern to lead live and virtual learning sessions. You will be the face of the program, presenting content and keeping participants engaged while gaining hands‑on experience in broadcast journalism within an educational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Host and moderate live and virtual sessions for students and young professionals.
• Present program material clearly and interactively.
• Prepare session decks, scripts, and supporting documents.
• Report key highlights and feedback after each broadcast.
• Ensure smooth technical flow of the broadcast, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Strong reporting and broadcast journalism background.
• Proficiency in news writing and presenting compelling content.
• Experience in hosting digital or live sessions.
• Excellent verbal communication and public‑speaking abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid environment.
• Passion for education and engaging with students.
• Enrolled in or completed a degree in journalism, communication, media studies, or a related field.
• Familiarity with video‑conferencing tools and broadcasting platforms is a plus.
