Video Editor & Cinematographer (Onsite, Vadodara)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor & Cinematographer to manage end‑to‑end video production for internal communication, branding, events and digital platforms. Based in Vadodara, you will work onsite on a UK‑aligned shift (4 PM‑1 AM) and turn raw footage into engaging visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot high‑quality videos using DSLR or mirrorless cameras with proper framing, lighting, and audio setup.
• Handle various shoot types including interviews, events, corporate videos, podcasts, and multi‑camera setups.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos, adding cuts, pacing, transitions, captions and visual effects.
• Create reels, teasers, explainers, and behind‑the‑scenes content for internal and external channels.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to bring visual ideas to life.
• Maintain consistency in color grading, audio clarity, and overall visual quality.
• Organise raw footage, project files and final outputs efficiently.
• Stay updated with current video trends, formats and editing styles.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in video shooting and editing.
• Degree or diploma in Media, Filmmaking, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliver under deadlines.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual aesthetics.
