Service Sales Engineer – Mobile Hydraulics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Service Sales Engineer to drive business development for mobile hydraulics machines in the Indian aftermarket. Based in Bangalore, you will manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure – for road construction, mining and concrete equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the service business for mobile hydraulics machines across construction, mining and related sectors.
• Generate leads, present service solutions, negotiate terms and finalize aftermarket contracts.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal service organisations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct market intelligence activities, analyse competition and market trends, and propose strategic actions.

Required profile

• Good understanding of mobile construction, mining and concrete machines and the Indian aftermarket landscape.
• Proven experience in service or aftermarket sales, preferably in hydraulics or related equipment.
• Strong customer‑relationship management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Analytical mindset with capability to interpret market data and develop strategies.
