Service Lab Account Manager – Kerala

About the role

The Service Lab Account Manager will promote laboratory diagnostic services, tests, and kits across Kerala, focusing on hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving growth for critical‑care products and new launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales of critical‑care diagnostics in the assigned territory.
• Launch new products across hospital and institutional channels.
• Manage key accounts such as corporate hospitals, multispecialty centres, government institutions, and diagnostic labs.
• Build relationships with super‑specialists in infectious diseases, oncology, nephrology, and intensive care.
• Coordinate with marketing and medical affairs to implement regional strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is highly preferred.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience in diagnostic labs, MNCs or top Indian pharma companies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Prior experience working in Kerala is an advantage.
