Service Delivery Manager - Extended Enterprise Services

About the role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead the Extended Enterprise Services portfolio in Bangalore. The role combines vendor and contract management with continuous service improvement to ensure product reliability, efficiency and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own product reliability, availability and performance across the service environment.
• Manage time, cost and quality of product delivery and associated services.
• Define and execute product strategy, ensuring continuous added value for business and consumers.
• Coordinate software asset management policies, license monitoring, renewal savings and re‑harvesting of Workplace App licenses.
• Lead incident, problem and demand management processes, improving KPIs and user experience.
• Maintain compatibility with OS updates and dependencies, and guide modern platform enablement.
• Drive vendor, partner and subcontractor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor market trends and recommend technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vendor, contract and service delivery management at an autonomous level.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize technical topics and communicate them clearly.
• Budget management experience and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English with negotiation capability; additional French or German is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset, curiosity and a drive to learn and share knowledge.
