About the role
As a Service Associate at Minimalist Hotels in Udaipur, you will be the welcoming face of the property, delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting daily front‑office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and process payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings and special requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and food‑and‑beverage teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain accurate records in the reservation system and perform basic administrative tasks.
- Work flexible shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer‑service mindset.
- High school diploma (hospitality or tourism qualification is a plus).
- Prior hospitality or customer‑facing experience preferred.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with reservation system software.
