SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate SEO Specialist to lead and optimise our digital marketing initiatives across all channels. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy, drive traffic, and enhance brand visibility while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain a strong social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns against ROI and KPI targets.
• Set up and analyse visitor data using Google Analytics, track ad performance and social media metrics.
• Identify trends, optimise spend and propose growth strategies.
• Run experiments, conversion tests and optimise landing pages and user funnels.
• Collaborate with business unit heads to create landing pages and improve user experience.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, with a strong focus on SEO.
• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display campaigns.
• Creative mindset with experience targeting audiences and crafting engaging digital content.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
