SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead our organic search strategy in Jaipur. The role will combine strategic planning, technical optimisation and cross‑functional collaboration to drive measurable traffic and conversion growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives, including quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Perform detailed SEO audits, competitive analysis, keyword research and SERP evaluation to inform content and technical roadmaps.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, site architecture and guide content teams to produce SEO‑friendly assets.
• Monitor and improve technical SEO factors including site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, XML sitemaps, mobile optimisation, schema markup, canonical tags and Core Web Vitals.
• Lead off‑page initiatives, including high‑quality link‑building, digital PR outreach and link‑profile maintenance.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and other tools, and produce regular KPI reports.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design and paid‑media teams to embed SEO requirements throughout development cycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of improving organic visibility in competitive niches.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and guide stakeholders on SEO best practices.
