SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Perform on‑page optimization, including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, internal linking, image optimization, and content recommendations.
• Execute off‑page activities such as link‑building campaigns and backlink analysis.
• Run technical SEO audits, resolve indexing, crawlability, site speed, structured data, and architecture issues.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Refresh, and other platforms.
• Optimize for emerging concepts like AEO, GEO, and AI‑driven visibility.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends, adjusting tactics accordingly.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering rankings, traffic, conversions, and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS basics, website structure, and SEO‑friendly coding practices.
