SEO Specialist – B2B Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and boost B2B lead generation through organic search. The role combines strategic planning, technical optimisation and close collaboration with content and demand‑generation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies focused on B2B lead acquisition.
• Perform keyword research aligned with business intent using SEMrush, Ahrefs or Google Keyword Planner.
• Optimise landing pages, blog posts, product and service pages for visibility and conversion.
• Maintain technical SEO health – site speed, crawlability, schema markup, URL structure, redirects and robots.txt.
• Work with writers and demand‑gen specialists to embed SEO best practices into new content.
• Conduct regular on‑page audits and deliver actionable recommendations on meta tags, internal linking and content structure.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on SEO experience in an in‑house B2B environment (agency‑only experience not sufficient).
• Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels, customer journeys and content marketing.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO elements including page speed, schema, redirects and crawl errors.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
