SEO Specialist – 3-4 Years Experience

About the role

The SEO Specialist at Blue Mile Digital will design and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility for client websites. Working on‑site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure best‑in‑class search performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical reviews, and link‑building campaigns.
• Conduct SEO audits and technical assessments to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor performance using web analytics tools, generate regular reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and paid‑media teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital initiatives.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Keyword research and strategy development.
• SEO audits and technical SEO assessments.
• On‑page SEO: meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization, site structure.
• Link‑building outreach and acquisition of high‑quality backlinks.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar SEO tools.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
