SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own and grow our organic search presence across multiple international markets. The role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with content, product, and growth functions to ensure visibility on traditional search, answer engines, and emerging generative AI search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO roadmap across search, answer (AEO) and generative (GEO) engines.
• Identify, prioritize and act on opportunities across markets and search surfaces.
• Manage international SEO for multiple countries and languages, adapting strategy to regional search behavior and competition.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to scale research, content optimisation, and reporting workflows.
• Partner with content and product teams to implement on‑page, technical and structural improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, AEO and GEO, preferably within SaaS or fintech environments.
• Hands‑on experience with international SEO and multi‑market execution.
• Deep familiarity with AI tools and agents, using them as a core part of daily workflow.
• Ability to stay current with AI‑driven search trends and own outcomes without heavy process overhead.
