Community Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

Outskill is seeking a Community Engagement & Outcomes Manager to own the strategy and execution of building a vibrant community of enterprise customers, existing users, and learners. You will surface success stories, quantify impact, and turn those results into market‑visible proof that strengthens the brand and drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, grow, and nurture an engaged community across all user segments.
• Design and run engagement programs, rituals, and channels that keep members active and connected.
• Act as the trusted point of contact, gathering feedback and surfacing community needs.
• Surface and quantify success outcomes (ROI, adoption, career progression, business impact) and transform them into case studies, testimonials, and impact narratives.
• Maintain a living library of proof for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Identify, develop, and manage champions and advocates, creating a structured advocacy and reference program.
• Plan and host webinars, roundtables, conferences, panels, and other community initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing to amplify success stories and strengthen brand visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery to align community insights with commercial and product priorities.
• Track, report, and use data to prioritize community investment and storytelling effort.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community building, engagement, and advocacy, preferably in a B2B or learning‑technology environment.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate outcomes into compelling narratives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with learners, CXOs, and internal stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset for measuring impact and informing strategy.
• Collaborative approach to work across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
