SEO Executive – Organic Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Executive to drive organic lead generation and boost brand visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms. The role focuses on delivering qualified B2B leads through a mix of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, and AI Search Optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase qualified organic leads and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits; implement fixes with the development team.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, AI-generated answers, and AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Create and maintain topic clusters, authoritative content, and structured data markup.
• Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO‑friendly blogs, case studies, and industry reports targeting system integrators, fleet operators, GPS tracking, and IoT businesses.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI search visibility, and lead‑generation metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI visibility tools.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in SEO or related digital marketing roles.
• Proven ability to generate qualified organic B2B leads.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search trends and optimization techniques.

Required skills

• Keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Technical SEO audits, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability improvements.
• Structured data implementation and schema markup.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI visibility tools.
• Understanding of EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals.
