SEO Executive

About the role

BYLD Group is seeking an SEO Executive to support and execute its organic search strategy. The role focuses on improving visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms, helping the company attract qualified traffic and leads.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in data‑driven SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and leads.
• Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to capture featured snippets, voice search, and zero‑click results.
• Contribute to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives for AI‑generated search responses.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize on‑page elements, including metadata, internal linking, headings, and basic schema markup.
• Perform routine technical SEO checks (crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonical tags) and monitor Core Web Vitals and page speed.
• Coordinate with developers and content teams to implement structured data such as FAQ, Article, Product, and HowTo schema.
• Support link‑building activities under senior guidance.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversion performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on SEO experience with demonstrable on‑page and off‑page contributions.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, on‑page optimization, and link building.
• Basic understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI‑driven search concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Keyword research and SERP analysis.
• HTML, CSS, and WordPress CMS.
• Schema markup implementation (FAQ, Article, Product, HowTo).
• Core Web Vitals monitoring and page‑speed optimization.
