Social Media, Influencer & Customer Engagement Manager

About the role

We are a medium‑premium women’s western‑wear brand based in Gurugram, seeking a hands‑on manager to lead our organic social media, influencer collaborations and customer engagement across Instagram, WhatsApp and email. The role focuses on brand communication, community interaction and repeat‑customer nurturing rather than paid performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the monthly organic social media calendar, including reels, stories, posts, carousels and styling videos.
• Write compelling captions, story text, reel hooks and launch communications.
• Identify, outreach to and manage fashion, lifestyle and micro‑influencers, overseeing deliverables.
• Handle customer conversations on Instagram DMs, comments and WhatsApp, providing styling suggestions, size guidance and product recommendations.
• Design and schedule CRM communications for new launches, back‑in‑stock alerts, festive collections and repeat‑purchase nudges.
• Maintain a warm, polished, feminine and premium brand voice across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, customer engagement, CRM or community management.
• Background in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, retail or D2C brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram formats (reels, stories) and creator‑led content.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfort engaging directly with customers via Instagram and WhatsApp.
