SEO Executive

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to lead and execute search engine optimisation strategies across multiple client websites. You will work closely with content, development and client teams to improve organic visibility, drive traffic and support emerging AI‑driven search initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword, competitor and search‑intent research to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and implement on‑page SEO tactics, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and content structure.
• Perform technical SEO audits, recommend fixes, and collaborate with developers on schema markup, structured data and site architecture improvements.
• Manage local SEO efforts such as Google Business Profiles, citations and location‑specific pages.
• Explore and apply Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI‑search strategies to keep clients ahead of emerging search technologies.
• Plan and execute off‑page link‑building campaigns and monitor backlink health.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic and overall SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO requirements are met throughout project lifecycles.

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for staying up‑to‑date on Google algorithm changes and AI‑driven search trends.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new AI‑powered SEO tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
