About the role

The Senior Territory Service Representative – Operations (Senior TSR) is a frontline leader responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments across assigned territories. This role combines operational execution with mentorship, driving service quality and efficiency while representing the Blue Dart brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily pickup and delivery activities to meet service standards.
• Oversee key customer routes and resolve operational exceptions promptly.
• Mentor newly inducted TSRs, sharing best practices and operational knowledge.
• Ensure consistent adherence to Blue Dart’s operating standards and procedures.
• Act as an experienced representative of the brand, maintaining high customer experience levels.
