Senior Telecaller Counselor

About the role

Gleuhr Wellness is seeking a Senior Telecaller Counselor to join its on‑site team in Chandigarh. You will be the voice of the brand, guiding potential and existing clients through product information, addressing skincare concerns, and delivering personalized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage inbound and outbound calls with prospects and customers.
• Answer inquiries, provide detailed information about skincare products and services, and resolve concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to stay updated on new offerings.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for phone interactions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address client questions.
• Customer‑service mindset with a client‑first approach.
• Basic knowledge of skincare or a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and good time‑management.
