Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Coupang Intelligent Cloud (CIC) organization is building a next‑generation cloud platform that powers Coupang’s rapidly expanding business. As a Senior Technical Program Manager you will lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives across cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, platform services and operational excellence, partnering with engineering, product and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organization‑wide strategic programs spanning cloud infrastructure, platform services, AI infrastructure, reliability and security.
• Define program strategies, success metrics and operating mechanisms that scale across CIC.
• Partner with engineering leaders and principal engineers to prioritize investments, manage dependencies and accelerate delivery.
• Drive large‑scale platform transformations, including architecture modernization, automation and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance, executive reviews, risk management processes and business reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience leading large‑scale technical programs in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems or enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, compute platforms and modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, define metrics and influence decisions across senior leadership.
