Senior Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Delivery

About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager reporting to the CTO organization, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of Bureau’s largest enterprise deployments for banking, financial services and insurance clients. The role is highly client‑facing and requires tight coordination between client CTOs, internal engineering, data science and product teams to accelerate time‑to‑live and ensure high post‑go‑live satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise implementations from kickoff through hyper‑care, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Oversee complex platform and API integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) and cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize Customer Time‑to‑Live (TTL) while maintaining reliability, security and compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for client CTOs, CROs and security leads, translating banking constraints into actionable internal requirements.
• Map and manage multi‑party dependencies across core banking, loan origination and payment systems, proactively mitigating technical risks.
• Establish delivery cadences, track milestones in tools such as Jira, Linear and Confluence, and report metrics to client steering committees.
• Build reusable onboarding runbooks and integration templates to scale future enterprise deliveries.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in technical program management or delivery within B2B SaaS, FinTech or RegTech environments.
• Proven ability to drive multi‑million‑dollar deployments as an individual contributor without direct reports.
• Hands‑on experience delivering complex integrations for Tier‑1/2 banks, NBFCs, insurers or large payment processors.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, including microservices, distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Exceptional communication skills with senior client stakeholders (C‑suite, architects, engineering leads).
• Strong agile execution skills, including sprint planning, risk tracking and milestone management.
