Senior Tax Consultant – TMT & Global Compliance (New Delhi)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to join our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment) and Global Compliance & Reporting team in New Delhi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality tax compliance, research, and advisory services for corporate clients operating in fast‑evolving industries.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of direct tax laws, including the Income‑Tax Act, rules, and recent judicial precedents.
• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of corporate tax computations and returns.
• Conduct in‑depth tax research and provide sound positions on complex tax issues.
• Draft technical memoranda, submissions, and opinions for assessments, appeals, and advisory engagements.
• Interpret legislative and regulatory changes, assess their impact on client structures and transactions, and keep abreast of updates.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of corporate taxation experience.
• Ability to apply technical tax knowledge to complex reporting requirements.
• Collaborative mindset to work across multiple client departments.
