Senior Talent Advisor (Senior Recruiter)

About the role

The Senior Talent Advisor will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technology, operations and non‑technical functions at our Gurgaon office. Reporting to senior business leaders, you will shape talent strategies, drive sourcing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle hiring across all levels for IT, non‑IT and R&D roles.
• Partner directly with senior business leaders to understand talent needs and influence hiring decisions.
• Develop market intelligence and external acumen to advise on talent availability and affordability.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Finance to plan budgeted and proactive hiring.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, exploring new candidate channels and source mixes.
• Provide recruitment support to internal teams and hiring managers, delivering results with speed.
• Produce talent analytics and data‑driven stories to improve hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Human Resources.
• 7‑8 years of recruitment experience handling both technology and domain‑specific roles.
• Hands‑on experience in R&D or high‑growth tech environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across geographies.
• Proven ability to deliver talent‑acquisition analytics and data‑driven insights.
