Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead large‑scale hiring initiatives for non‑technical and voice‑process (BPO/Customer Support) positions. The role will own end‑to‑end recruitment, with a strong emphasis on walk‑in drives, bulk hiring, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑technical and voice‑process/BPO roles.
• Plan, organise and execute walk‑in hiring drives to meet volume targets.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring forecasts.
• Manage high‑volume candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, vendor partnerships and walk‑ins.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and conversion ratios.
• Coordinate hiring events, assessments, interview scheduling, offer roll‑outs and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants and placement agencies.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Graduation degree.
• 5–9 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, primarily in bulk/volume hiring for non‑tech, customer support, contact centre or BPO roles.
• Proven track record of planning and executing large‑scale walk‑in recruitment drives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and business‑partnering abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and candidate‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support recruitment events.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities to monitor hiring metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑volume hiring demands simultaneously.
