Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing organization seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions. This remote, full‑time position will drive proactive sourcing, headhunting, and hiring for leadership, technical, operations, sales, and support roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Lead hiring for diverse positions across various departments.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Execute headhunting strategies to engage high‑quality talent.
• Conduct screening interviews assessing technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and role suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Handle offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and successful closures.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and offer conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required profile

• 4–8 years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience.
• Proven headhunting and passive candidate sourcing expertise.
• Successful hiring across multiple functions and industries.
• Ability to manage several open positions simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and candidate relationship skills.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
