Senior System Architect

About the role

Join Pega’s consulting team to design, develop, implement and test next‑generation, customer‑centric solutions. You will work with world‑leading clients, applying Pega technology and emerging AI capabilities to solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to deliver high‑quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrate innovative implementation approaches using your technical consulting expertise.
• Mentor and train client teams on Pega technology and best practices.
• Leverage thought‑leadership skills to educate clients on industry and Pega standards.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing delivery team to ensure solutions exceed client expectations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical professional passionate about applying Pega technology to business challenges.
• BS degree with ≥7 years progressive experience or Master’s with ≥3 years building model‑driven, enterprise‑level solutions.
• Excellent time‑management, organization and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and deliver outstanding customer results.
• Quick learner able to explain new concepts to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and match technology solutions to customer needs.
