Senior System Administrator – Linux, Windows & macOS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to provide advanced technical support and manage complex infrastructure across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex issues on Linux, Windows, and macOS platforms.
• Administer, configure, and maintain Linux servers and workstations.
• Manage Active Directory environments, including Group Policies and user lifecycle processes.
• Support Azure AD / Cloud AD deployments and integrations.
• Implement and maintain open‑source monitoring and security tools.
• Participate in ITIL‑based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
