Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Bilingual – French/English)

About the role

RTX, through its Pratt & Whitney business, is seeking a bilingual Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join its Indirect Procurement team in Bangalore. The role focuses on acquiring non‑product goods and services, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal stakeholders while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert procurement requests into accurate purchase orders and manage order modifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vendor payment and invoice issues.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for procurement inquiries from vendors, colleagues, and Commodity Specialist Managers.
• Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and compliance‑related tasks as required.
• Identify, share, and implement best practices to improve procurement processes and communication.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous‑improvement discussions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, including PO creation, invoice resolution and reporting.
• Fluent in English and French (certified) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
