Senior Structural Engineer – Building Design

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the analysis, design, and coordination of residential, commercial and institutional building projects. The role focuses on delivering safe, code‑compliant structures while supporting international projects that use Eurocodes or American standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for building projects.
• Develop design solutions in line with Indian IS codes, Eurocodes, and ACI/ASCE/AISC standards.
• Carry out seismic analysis and design according to IS 1893, IS 13920 and related standards.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Review and check designs prepared by junior engineers and external consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings and technical discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
• Support proposal and bid preparation when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in structural engineering for buildings.
• Strong knowledge of Indian IS codes and seismic design requirements.
• Experience with international projects and familiarity with Eurocodes or American codes.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and interact with clients.
