Project Manager – Interior Projects

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Project Manager to lead interior projects for residential homes in Chennai. You will manage the end‑to‑end delivery, from client briefing through design coordination, procurement, installation and handover, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, site teams and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage procurement, expediting, logistics and material movement for interior fit‑out.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor quality, safety and compliance.
• Resolve on‑site issues, provide progress updates and maintain clear client communication.
• Support cross‑functional teams and adapt to fast‑paced project environment.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience, including planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Background in expediting and logistics for timely material delivery.
• Knowledge of inspection processes, quality and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field (preferred).
• Experience in interior fit‑out, construction or residential project delivery (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
