Senior Strategy and Leadership Faculty

About the role

Accredian is seeking a senior faculty member to design and deliver high‑impact executive learning on strategy and leadership. You will work with experienced professionals to sharpen their strategic thinking and translate insights into actionable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver sessions on business strategy, competitive advantage, growth, market expansion, and business model innovation, tailored to each executive cohort.
• Lead discussion‑based and simulation‑driven learning experiences that develop strategic thinking as a practiced discipline.
• Create original case studies, strategic frameworks, and business challenges from diverse industries and geographies.
• Facilitate leadership conversations on transformation, organisational disruption, and adaptive strategy.
• Challenge participants to pressure‑test assumptions and build well‑reasoned strategic positions using Socratic inquiry and structured debate.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience at the intersection of strategy and leadership in consulting, corporate strategy, or senior management.
• Depth in one or more areas such as business strategy, competitive strategy, growth strategy, market entry, digital transformation, corporate restructuring, or innovation management.
• Proven experience facilitating executive‑level learning for audiences with 10‑25 years of professional experience.
• MBA from a top‑tier institution or equivalent advanced degree; doctoral qualification is a distinct advantage.
