Senior Specialist, Solution Architecture

About the role

Join a global biopharma leader in Hyderabad as a Senior Specialist in Solution Architecture. You will guide strategic technology decisions that support the Manufacturing Division’s digital transformation, ensuring scalable, reusable solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with peer architects to deliver value‑centric designs for manufacturing, quality, and supply‑chain teams.
• Create documented architectures and advise on modern integration practices such as iPass, Data Abstraction Layers, and APIs.
• Provide operational input to ensure predictable performance of site‑based and enterprise applications.
• Maintain the Manufacturing Standard Architecture (MSA) and Enterprise Capability Model.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to reuse best‑available technologies and lead the creation of architecture methods, templates, and training.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements, and communicate complex topics to executive audiences.
• Support both waterfall and agile project teams and travel domestically and internationally (~10%).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in business, information or system architecture, preferably in manufacturing, quality labs, supply chain or site operations.
• Proven ability to document business processes and align them with technology topologies.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills and results‑orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry and with regulatory frameworks (21‑CFR‑Part‑11, Annex 11, GxP).
