Senior Specialist – Process Steward, Supply & Demand Planning

About the role

Join a global biopharma leader as a Senior Specialist, Process Steward for Supply and Demand Planning. Based in Hyderabad Tech Center, you will work in a hybrid model supporting end‑to‑end planning processes and digital solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, document and manage planning process needs, creating use cases, business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with demand, supply, commercial, manufacturing, logistics, finance and technology stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into backlog items, user stories and support development, testing and release activities.
• Maintain expertise in supply and demand planning, governance, adoption metrics and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply/demand planning, integrated business planning, S&OP or digital product analysis.
• Strong understanding of planning processes, requirements definition, testing and change adoption.
• Experience working with cross‑functional global teams and supporting planning systems.
