Senior Solution Consultant – Quality Solutions

About the role

The Solution Consultant / Senior Solution Consultant is a customer‑facing member of Veeva’s Quality Solution Consulting organization. You will translate life‑sciences quality and manufacturing needs into compelling, value‑driven Veeva Quality solutions and act as a trusted advisor to quality leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer business objectives, quality processes, pain points and transformation priorities.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical Veeva Quality solution approaches.
• Create and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase compliance, efficiency and user‑experience improvements.
• Lead consultative engagements such as discovery workshops, solution workshops, pilots and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Support the sales team in progressing opportunities, strengthening executive relationships and positioning Veeva as the preferred strategic partner.

Required profile

• 5+ years overall experience with at least 3 years as a Solution Consultant in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech or Diagnostics.
• Pre‑sales and solution‑consulting experience within a software or technology organization.
• Strong understanding of quality and/or manufacturing operations in life sciences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% within India and ability to work from Mumbai, Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Required skills

• Cloud and SaaS applications knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise quality systems such as QMS, DMS, LMS, VMS or LIMS.
