Consultant – Vault Safety

About the role

Veeva is seeking experienced Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance professionals to join its Professional Services team and help implement the Vault Safety solution for life‑sciences customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety for life‑sciences clients.
• Lead workshops, gap analyses, requirements gathering, system configuration, validation, and customer training.
• Gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into system designs.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, and Argus/Aris data models.
• Represent Safety Professional Services across solution design, data migration, and integration workstreams.
• Ensure end‑to‑end customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years in the life‑sciences industry, primarily in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance, with consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and processes.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries on safety data sets.
• Hands‑on experience implementing safety systems such as Argus, Aris, Emperica, Commonwealth, or RxLogix.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and willingness to travel ~25% of project time.
