Senior Software Engineer – Cloud (AWS)

About the role

Britive is building a modern privileged access management platform that secures identities across cloud, on‑prem and emerging technologies. As a Senior Software Engineer you will develop and scale multi‑tenant SaaS applications on AWS, bringing deep technical expertise to a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop large‑scale data ingestion and analytics pipelines for real‑time and batch processing.
• Build highly normalized data stores to enable correlation across diverse data sources.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams on software design, code reviews, and issue resolution.
• Perform proof‑of‑concepts to evaluate AWS services and integration options.
• Research and integrate APIs for various SaaS/IaaS technologies into the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a SaaS security product company.
• Proven ability to work effectively with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.

Required skills

• Java, REST Web Services, SQL.
• Kafka/Kinesis, EMR, SparQL, Snowflake.
• AWS Neptune, Gremlin/TinkerPop.
• Design and delivery of scalable data lakes, ingestion pipelines, and microservices on AWS.
• Experience with Docker and micro‑services architecture (nice to have).
