Senior SAP Lead Developer & Solution Architect (SAP PS Module)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Lead Developer and Solution Architect to drive agile SAP development for the Project Systems (PS) module. You will design scalable SAP solutions, coordinate cross‑team technical discussions, and act as the primary technical expert for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agile SAP development efforts, including ABAP code reviews and customer support.
• Design and implement scalable SAP S/4HANA PS solutions and integrations.
• Coordinate technical discussions with development and middleware teams (CPI, Solace, API Gateway).
• Provide technical expertise for requirement analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality milestones from go‑live through hyper‑care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10‑14 years total experience, with at least 8 years in SAP development.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• SAP ABAP coding and debugging.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) module.
• Basic understanding of SAP CO concepts.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (Change Management, Solution Documentation).
• Proficiency in SAP SOAP web services and OData services.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies such as SAP CPI, Solace, and API Gateway.
• Knowledge of Planisware and Salesforce integrations.
• Understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Arc42) and intercompany processes.
