Senior Sales Head – Commercial Interiors (Experienced)

About the role

Studio Design Box is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth of its commercial interior projects across Gurgaon and the NCR region. The role involves independently generating new business, building relationships with corporate decision‑makers and closing high‑value design‑and‑build contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities through corporate meetings, networking, LinkedIn outreach, brokers, consultants and channel partners.
• Engage CXOs, procurement, facilities, real‑estate and HR heads to present commercial interior, turnkey fit‑out and workplace solution services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation to final contract signing.
• Collaborate with internal design, estimation and execution teams to prepare presentations, BOQs and commercial submissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, project management consultants, real‑estate professionals and corporate clients.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of office interior projects in Gurgaon/NCR and track market trends, competitor activity and upcoming corporate expansions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring accurate CRM updates, sales reporting and lead tracking.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of business development or B2B sales experience in commercial interiors, office fit‑outs, workplace solutions or related design‑and‑build sectors.
• Proven track record of handling corporate clients and closing high‑value projects.
• Strong network within the Gurgaon/NCR corporate market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals and BOQs.
