Senior RevOps Analyst

About the role

Flagright is looking for a Senior RevOps Analyst to own the systems, data, and analysis that make its global revenue organization predictable. Based in Bangalore, you will work on HubSpot, reporting, commission calculations and AI‑driven automation to support a fast‑growing B2B SaaS business.

Key responsibilities

• Own HubSpot end‑to‑end configuration, including pipeline stages, custom properties, objects, associations, routing rules, permission scopes, deduplication and data quality.
• Define and enforce pipeline hygiene standards, build automations, chase stale deals, and hold reps accountable for missing fields.
• Build and maintain a reporting layer covering pipeline coverage, stage conversion, cycle length, win rates by segment/source, and rep activity versus outcomes.
• Maintain and continuously update digital sales‑room automations, design, and content.
• Design and automate the revenue process: deal handoff criteria, entry/exit rules for each stage, SLA definitions, and territory/account assignment logic.
• Own monthly commission calculations for the sales team, ensure timely delivery and resolve data‑driven disputes.
• Leverage AI tooling to automate repetitive RevOps tasks and create efficient workflows.
• Present pipeline and performance insights to leadership through automated and ad‑hoc reports.

Required profile

• Based in Bangalore and willing to work on‑site.
• 4+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations within B2B SaaS companies.
• Hands‑on experience configuring HubSpot (custom properties, workflows, associations, permission sets, reporting, integrations).
• Background in a Series A‑C scale‑up, having navigated rapid headcount growth and rebuilt sales processes.
• Resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to own outcomes rather than just tasks.
