Senior Residential Sales Consultant

About the role

Altisource is seeking a Senior Residential Sales Consultant to manage and sell a national portfolio of REO assets, overseeing the full lifecycle from pre‑listing to close.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, market and sell a national portfolio of REO assets.
• Oversee SLA performance and reporting for assigned properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value, including bulk sales and property management collaboration.
• Manage processes from pre‑listing through close, including document modifications and funding requests.
• Conduct market research, inventory analysis and revenue forecasting to inform pricing and disposition strategies.
• Supervise property managers to maximize profitability and prevent escalations.
• Review and approve property budgets and valuation information in partnership with appraisers.
• Ensure assets are maintained, reducing expenditures while mitigating liability.
• List properties for sale, evaluate and negotiate offers, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Communicate with investors, clients and buyers, negotiating contracts and building strong relationships.

Required profile

• Experience in REO asset management and real estate auctions.
• Strong understanding of foreclosure processes, HUD/FHA guidelines, and real estate transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management platforms.
