About the role
The Senior Resident will lead patient management in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at MIMS Hospital, ensuring safe, compassionate, and ethical care for all in‑patients.
Key responsibilities
- Organise total patient management under your care in compliance with medical ethics and professional conduct for doctors.
- Provide consultations to other sections within the department and to other hospital departments while maintaining a high level of patient care.
- Liaise with departmental and hospital committees to ensure comprehensive in‑patient and post‑discharge medical care.
