Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our IT teams. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle using Top‑grading methodology, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, BU leaders, and stakeholders to create comprehensive hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and creative channels.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for technical competence and cultural fit.
• Prepare detailed job scorecards and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Handle offer negotiations and communication for shortlisted candidates.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of full‑cycle IT recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing firm or internal hiring function.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts and current hiring trends.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably KEKA.
