Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Engineering & Tech

About the role

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Bangalore team. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top‑tier talent across both IT and non‑IT functions for high‑growth sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, power and renewables.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn ATS.
• Represent NES Fircroft at industry events, job fairs and networking sessions.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for both IT and non‑IT roles.
• Strong headhunting, talent mapping and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for high‑quality hires.

Required skills

• Bullhorn ATS (preferred)
