Senior Recruiter – BPM Hiring (Contract)

About the role

HGS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its BPM division. In this individual contributor role you will partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top candidates for a variety of positions within a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified talent.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Support onboarding and smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
