Senior Quantity Surveyor & Estimator – Precast & Civil

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Estimator with deep, hands‑on experience in precast concrete. You will own all cost‑management, estimation, tendering and commercial functions across consulting and project engagements, working closely with technical, project and client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities, cost estimates and budgets for precast elements such as hollow‑core slabs, walls, columns and beams.
• Develop and maintain precast‑specific rate libraries and productivity benchmarks.
• Lead tender preparation, submission and contract negotiation for consulting and execution contracts.
• Track project costs against approved budgets, produce monthly cost reports, earned value analyses and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Manage invoicing, progress billing, variation orders and contractual claims.
• Maintain a vetted vendor and subcontractor database and oversee procurement of precast moulds, concrete mixes and related materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or commercial manager on precast‑heavy civil projects.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
