Project Manager – Civil (Industrial Construction)

About the role

Pansen Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead civil construction activities on an industrial PMC project in Bhopal. The role requires end‑to‑end management of planning, execution, quality, safety and client coordination for a manufacturing/industrial facility.

Key responsibilities

• Overall supervision of civil works including RCC, foundations, structural, flooring, masonry and finishing.
• Manage project execution from planning through completion within approved schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with client, PMC team, consultants, contractors and subcontractors; review drawings, specifications, BOQs and method statements.
• Monitor progress, contractor manpower, resources, materials and equipment deployment.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Track contractor billing, measurements, BOQ quantities and variation orders.
• Identify construction issues, risks and implement corrective actions; prepare regular progress reports/MIS.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in civil construction/project management, preferably in industrial plants, factories or warehouses.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; postgraduate/project management qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in contractor/sub‑contractor management, client coordination and PMC/consultancy project execution.
• Strong knowledge of Indian construction standards, specifications and safety regulations.
