Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil (8-12 yrs Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialized in civil works to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing cost and contract aspects of large‑scale building and infrastructure projects, ensuring financial control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost estimates for civil works.
• Manage post‑contract administration, including variations, certifications, and cost reporting.
• Oversee procurement activities, vendor selection, and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs, billing, and commercial management for assigned projects.
• Monitor construction methodologies and cost control measures to optimise project budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in quantity surveying for civil construction.
• Proven track record on large‑scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
